Lagi ka bang pagod kahit feeling mo “wala ka namang ginawa”?
As in, kaka-upo mo pa lang, gusto mo na agad humiga? Same.
Don't worry: hindi ka tamad.
Most of the time, your habits are quietly draining your energy behind the scenes.
Good news? May mga small, doable changes na kayang ayusin ‘yan...no toxic productivity, no “5am grindset” required.
Subukan mo:
Your energy will feel less “all over the place” pag hindi lasing sa puyat ang body clock mo.
“Hindi ako gutom, coffee lang.”
Okay, pero ‘yung brain mo umiiyak na tahimik.
Kapag puro simple carbs, sugary drinks, or super delayed meals mo, babagsak blood sugar mo and guess what? Hello antok, brain fog, at bad mood.
Try this:
Even mild dehydration can make you feel tired, dizzy, and sabog.
Easy habit:
Simple pero legit energy booster ‘to.
Short movement bursts help increase blood flow and wake your body up...even 5–10 minutes lang.
Pwede:
Hindi kailangan intense workout agad; konting galaw = dagdag energy points.
Coffee is a friend...pero minsan, toxic friend.
Too much, or too late sa araw, can mess up your sleep, which then makes you more tired the next day.
Try:
Use coffee to support your energy, not para takpan lang ang puyat forever.
Stress, overthinking, social pressure, and constant notifications can all make you feel na parang ubos ka na.
Micro-habits that help:

Hindi ka OA kapag pagod ka. Legit effect ng stress sa katawan ‘yan.
Important note: minsan, constant fatigue is a sign of something deeper: like anemia, thyroid problems, sleep disorders, mental health conditions such as depression or anxiety, or even issues with your gut health.
it’s worth talking to a doctor or mental health professional.
Getting checked isn’t pagiging praning; it’s smart preventive care.
Hindi mo kailangan maging superhuman.
But if you start fixing kahit isa o dalawang habit from this list, mapapansin mo over time:
“Uy… hindi na ako ganito ka-drained.”

Next time you say “lagi akong pagod,” ask yourself:
Which habit kaya ang quietly naga-anti-energy sa’kin...and ano ‘yung una kong pwedeng ayusin today?
